Edgemere Coffee is a mobile espresso bar serving high quality espresso drinks, chai, golden milk, hot chocolate, and steamers.
Our flavors – caramel, mocha, vanilla, vanilla lavender, and peppermint mocha – are all homemade. We use local Mendon Maple Farms maple syrup in our maple drinks.
We use Variety Coffee beans.

The Edgemere Experience

For outside events we serve from a 6×12 trailer that is powered by a battery generator.
This allows us to be energy self-sufficient without creating any noise or emissions.
For inside events we serve from a cart.
Having both the trailer and cart gives us operational versatility and allows us to accommodate a multitude of venue and client needs.

Origin Story
In the words of owner Zack Buttaccio
I didn’t start drinking coffee until 2017. I was in the Adirondacks with friends and one of them brought an Aero Press and made us coffee with it by a morning campfire. Without sounding too dramatic, it was a life changing experience. From there, I went from drinking coffee sporadically and mostly only socially to buying a La Marzocco Linea Mini espresso machine (the one I’m still using for the business) so I could make lattes at home for myself, friends, and family. Since 2016 I had worked for the VA in a call center helping veterans resolve their medical billing questions. It was challenging, but rewarding and fulfilling work. I learned a lot about customer service. I eventually became a supervisor and did that for 2 1/2 years. I had been working from home since 2020 due to Covid and it was great, until it wasn’t. I was starting to feel disconnected. I would walk 5 steps from my bed to my dining room only to turn on my computer and begin work with no human interaction, no variety in the day (except the Variety coffee beans I was using to make lattes with). The months between October 2023 through June 2024 became some of the darkest months of my life, and out of this Edgemere Coffee was born. Throughout this period the one thing that still provided light was making a beautiful cup of coffee and tasting its complexity of flavors. I didn’t want to work at home on a computer anymore. I wanted to make coffee all day for people. In July 2024 I resigned from the VA, used all my savings to buy a trailer and coffee cart, and decided to pursue making coffee for a living full time.
